Background
Chongqing Bobang Auto Parts Company Limited, established in 2004, is a company dedicated to the production of various composite plastic sheets and sound insulation boards. The company has 11 production lines, 7 of which have come from Xiaoshan. Their main products are used for automobile interior decoration, and are sold to numerous internationally known automobile brand names, including Mercedes Benz, Changfeng Motors, Southeast Motors, BYD, Changan, Ford, Hainan, DPCA, Lifan, Baic, Shanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Automobile and more.

Business Details
In 2009, the customer ordered one set of three layer co-extrusion micro foam sheet and board production lines in order to produce PE micro foam sheet and board. They are one of our core customers, and have come back to us repeatedly for multiple orders.

In 2013, the customer was going to produce EVA and EPDM car insulation board, and came to use for assistance in designing an EVA integrated automobile interior sheet extrusion production line. In 2004, there were four EVA production lines from Xiaoshan in operation at the customer's factory. These lines all feature a low energy consumption, and high production capacity. All product odor and VOC test results meet new industry standards for automotive testing.
